Welcome to "Fermenting to Connect", an online community brought to life as a result of the Erasmus Plus Youth Exchange project, co-financed by the European Union. Our mission is to foster connections, knowledge sharing, and support among fermentation enthusiasts.

 

Our Story

From October 7th to October 18th, we embarked on an journey of exploration and discovery during our Erasmus+ . We deeped into the art of fermentation, learning and experimenting with a wide range of recipes and techniques. The exchange was a unique opportunity for us to exchange ideas, cultures, and traditions, while savoring the delicious fruits of our labor.
