Science did not fail! I simply followed the instructions of the bread making workshop (thank you, Orsi), and started a starter a week ago and now i made an real,edible, bread-looking sour bread! After so many failed attempt :) maybe a bit too much flour on the top, and also slightly too hydrated, but my children love it! I am so happy.
