Ingredients:
450gr all purpose flour
50gr corn starch
50gr brown sugar
60ml orange blossom water
90gr margarine
250gr plant based milk
1 packet of baker yeast (usually around 7gr) - Can be replaced with fresh yeast
Warm up the milk in a bowl and mix with the yeast.
In a big bowl mix all the dry ingredients and the orange blossom water.
Add the margarine, in small pieces and mix with your hands until you have a sandy texture.
Add the milk and yeast to the rest. Knead the dough until it doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl anymore.
Cover with a cloth and proof for two hours.
Gently push on the dough to get the gas out and shape it.
Proof for 30 minutes.
Brush some plant based milk on the top and bake 20 to 25min at 200°c.
