Ingredients:
Nuts of your choice (the ones that grows in the territory in which you are living are the right ones for you) 300 g
Starter 150 mL
Salt
Optional to taste: Miso, Garlic powder, Nutritional yeast, Paprika, Pepper
Materials:
Jar
Good blender
Preparation:
Soak the nuts for at least 8 hours.
Strain and add the starter.
Blend them to make a paste. Add more starter if needed.
Add salt to taste and any other seasoning. Get creative!
Give it a last blend or mix, transfer the paste to a jar, cover and let it ferment for 24 to 48 hours.
Store it in the fridge and eat the cheese within 8 days.
