KEFIR

Ingredients:

  • Kefir (kefir grains)

  • Animal milk (goat, cow, sheep)


Materials:

  • Jars


Preparation:

  1. Ask a friend or a neighbour for some kefir grains

  2. Feed them with the milk

  3. Let it ferment from one to two days

  4. Strain it using a plastic sieve and enjoy!


Fermentation tips:

You can feed the Kefir with plant based milk, 1 each 3 times it needs animal based milk as it lives on lactose, only present in animal milk.
