Ingredients:
Kefir (kefir grains)
Animal milk (goat, cow, sheep)
Materials:
Jars
Preparation:
Ask a friend or a neighbour for some kefir grains
Feed them with the milk
Let it ferment from one to two days
Strain it using a plastic sieve and enjoy!
Fermentation tips:
You can feed the Kefir with plant based milk, 1 each 3 times it needs animal based milk as it lives on lactose, only present in animal milk.
